SMS and Email Communication Policy

All SMS and email communications record consent, timestamp, message type, delivery status, and opt-out status.

We immediately honor STOP, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests. Missed-call text-back is disabled until a verified BC Service Group number and telephony integration are connected.

If SMS or email integrations are not configured, leads remain in the CRM and the integration is shown as incomplete in the admin area. This document requires owner and professional legal review.
