Lead Definition and Credit Policy

A qualified lead is a request that matches a provider's trade and service area, with valid customer contact information, and is delivered to the provider in accordance with the matching rules.

Credit reasons include invalid phone number, invalid email, duplicate lead, outside the provider's service area, wrong trade, spam or bot submission, customer did not request the service, or a clearly incomplete or unusable lead.

Credit requests are reviewable by an admin. Approved credits adjust the provider's invoice. This document requires owner and professional legal review.
