Review Policy

Reviews are based only on verified completed jobs. A customer may receive a review request only after a lead is marked Booked or Done, the provider is identified, the customer contact is valid, and the review request is approved for delivery.

Reviews are not shown as verified until the verification requirement is satisfied. Providers may reply but may not pay to remove negative reviews.

Reviews are removed only for documented policy violations such as spam, harassment, duplicate content, or fraud, with an admin audit record. This document requires owner and professional legal review.
