Provider Agreement

v1.0

Last updated 2026-01-01 · Review status: Owner Review Pending

This Provider Agreement defines what counts as a qualified lead, lead pricing, lead delivery, credit requests, duplicate leads, wrong-number leads, outside-area leads, invoice timing, payment terms, provider obligations, response expectations, review rules, data privacy, customer communication, and pausing or terminating provider access.

A provider may receive a lead only when the provider is active, approved, offers the requested trade, covers the customer's city or ZIP, has not exceeded lead capacity, is not paused, has accepted this agreement, and has completed required license and insurance verification where applicable.

No more than three providers receive a lead unless an admin manually overrides the limit.

Providers may not pay to remove negative reviews. Reviews are removed only for documented policy violations with an admin audit record.
